How and when your Spartamax arrives, and how to send it back if it is not for you.

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed through this portal are processed and typically dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times

Average delivery within the contiguous United States is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles ship free; the single-bottle option includes a $9.99 shipping charge shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder, then email orders@spartamaxlab.com and we will resend it.

International orders

This portal serves the United States. If you are outside the U.S., contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can ship to your location and what duties may apply.

Returns and refunds

Every order is backed by a 365-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders@spartamaxlab.com with your order number, and our team will provide the return address. Once we receive your bottles, even empty ones, we issue a full product refund to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Original shipping on the single-bottle option is non-refundable. Full details are on the refund policy and guarantee pages.

Wrong or damaged item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you. If a seal looks tampered with or a batch code does not match, please verify your source before use.
