Where Spartamax is manufactured

Spartamax is produced in the United States in a facility that is registered with the FDA and operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP, 21 CFR 111). cGMP governs everything from raw-material handling and equipment sanitation to documentation and finished-product testing. It is the baseline that separates a serious supplement from a kitchen-table operation.

Independent third-party testing

Beyond in-house quality control, every production run is sent to Kestrel Analytical Sciences LLC, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Independent testing matters because a brand grading its own homework is not verification. The lab has no stake in the result.

What we test on each lot

• Identity: confirming each botanical and amino acid is what the label says, including standardization markers such as icariin and withanolides.
• Potency by HPLC: confirming the active content meets the published doses. Current-cycle active purity is 98.6%.
• Heavy metals by ICP-MS: screening for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, with the current lot passing below 0.3 ppm.
• Microbial limits: total counts, yeast, mold, and pathogens, screened to USP <61> and <62> methods.
• Allergen and GMO status: confirming non-GMO status and the absence of gluten and soy.

Traceability from raw material to bottle

Each incoming ingredient arrives with a supplier certificate and is re-tested for identity before it enters production. We keep lot records that link finished bottles back to the raw-material lots they came from, which is what makes the batch verification on this site possible in the first place. If a question ever arises, we can trace a single bottle to its source.

From the lab to your door

Only after a lot clears testing is it released for fulfillment. That released lot becomes the current cycle published on the verify page, so the batch code on your bottle ties directly to a documented, tested run. To read about who designed the formula and why, see our story.
