Ironvale Vitality Group LLC offers a 365-day money-back guarantee on Spartamax purchased through this authorized portal. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of the product price within 365 days of the date your order ships.

How to request a refund

Email orders@spartamaxlab.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not ship product back before receiving these instructions.

Returning product

Return all bottles, including empty ones, to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

What is and is not refundable

The product price is refundable. Original outbound shipping on the single-bottle option is non-refundable, as it is paid to the carrier. Digital bonus guides are yours to keep. Refunds apply only to orders placed through spartamaxlab.com; purchases from unauthorized resellers are not eligible, which is why we encourage you to verify your source.
